I remember when you arrived at Joaquin Miller and Joyce Arnold and I were soo excited that such a cute guy had arrived on the scene. Remembering two of the best looking guys had moved away that year: Sam Elliott and Tim Thompson. You were very kind to Joyce and myself as we came to visit you at your home. It was nice that our parents were good friends after we graduated. You are truly missed.
Although not in the same circle/clique, it was always fun to race against Mark at swim meets. He was a gentleman at 17 and always ready to shake my hand before the starting gun. Thanks for your classy personality Mark. Rich Derr
