Joe was the father of my youngest daughter's best friend. It was fun getting to know him and he was a great dad. It was such a shock to all of us when he died, and his daughter misses him greatly.
I had the distinct honor of dating Joey during our City College days.....I still have many mementos and fond memories...I couldn't believe that he had passed away...it is heartwarming to know that he was a great Dad...go, Joey!
