Sandra Itogawa Stephens passed away on May 24, 2016 in Sacramento.  She enjoyed a 40 year career with the Department of Motor Vehicles, retiring as a manager of financial systems. She leaves her husband, Michael Stephens, and son, Jacob, and many siblings, nieces and nephews.
