Pat and Jonathan are right! Jackson was one great guy! And ahead of his time! Jackson and an Italian friend opened 'Americo's' with the friend's family recipes. Jackson bought the friend out early in the the life of the business, and carried on with great food and hospitality. If you were not a garlic lover, you would run for your life, once you opened the door! Jackson was 'Mr. Personality'! And, as most of my friends, a 'car guy'.
