On November 20, 2015, Reiko Ito Osaki passed away in Sacramento.  She is survived by a son and daughter and one grandson.  Her husband, Allen Osaki, predeceased her.  For 40 years, she was an accomplished public health nurse.  Her obituary can be found in Legacy.com .  May she rest iin peace.
